Our butterfly inhabitants feed on organic produce where possible, we thought our visitors deserve as much. Since August 2006 we offer Organic Soft Drinks and Organic & Fair Trade Snacks

Even Greener...
Our picnic area for visitors now has recycling bins for glass and cans.
 
Caterpillar news...
Recent free range caterpillars spotted: Owl Butterfly, Postman butterfly, Zebra Longwing butterfly. Earlier this season we have had the caterpillars for: Tailed Jay, Lacewing, Diadem, various Swallowtails, the Owl butterfly caterpillars tend to be steady throughout the season
 
Education...
We now tailor our education packs to suit age and ability if required.

For the second year running we have been approved by VAQAS the Welsh Assembly Tourism Award as a quality assured attraction. Assessor most happy with our high standards and improvements over one year.

Our 'alpha male' Madagascan Hissing Cockroach basked in the limelight on ITV Wales coverage, on Monday 18th September.  Conwy Butterfly Jungle made a brief appearance on the six o'clock news covering exotic species and global warming
